Matt Holtsinger is a Shareholder attorney at Rywant, Alvarez, Jones, Russo & Guyton, P.A. Matt focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, construction defect litigation, premises liability, and real estate litigation. Matt also represents debtors and creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases and debt collection matters in state and federal court. Matt is admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern, Middle, and Southern districts of Florida. He has also participated in two appeals to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals concerning novel issues in the consumer bankruptcy realm.
Matt has been recognized as a Super Lawyers rising star in 2017. He has also been a panelist at the Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar in 2015 and 2018 and he has been published in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
